Instructions

Prep the Oven: Heat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the Mayo: In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

Coat the Chicken: Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together in a shallow dish. Brush or spread a thin layer of the mayonnaise mixture evenly over both sides of each chicken breast.

Dredge: Press the mayo-coated chicken firmly into the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture until fully covered. Place them onto your prepared baking sheet.

Initial Bake: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the breadcrumbs turn golden brown and crispy, and the chicken is nearly cooked through.

Sauce and Cheese: Spoon

14 cup of marinara sauce over each chicken breast, then top evenly with the shredded mozzarella cheese.Final Melt: Return the pan to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the mozzarella is completely melted, bubbly, and slightly golden.
